Communication Methods

As an environmentally conscience service, we prefer to use email as a primary method of communication with our clients. If you consent to this method please enter your email address below. It is important that this email is checked regularly throughout the project life span.

Please enter your personal email address
email required.

We use this method as our services are in high demand and not all projects can be realistically accepted within a given time frame. Each project proposal will be looked at as an individual case and decisions will be based on the information you enclose on this form. If we feel we need more information before coming to a decision, we may contact you. Either way, the centre will inform you of its decision in writing within 7 days of receiving this form.

The letter will also give advice on how to proceed with a second application or improve upon the current one. Successful projects will receive a phone call to one of the nominated numbers in this form.

Please do not arrange transport or any other activities planned in your project until you have confirmation of dates, in the form of a Project Programme from the centre, and this is signed off and agreed by all those taking part in your organisation.
